Matt Roberts Arts is a not for profit organisation founded in 2006, to create opportunities for early career artists in new locations, and to link up networks in London with potential partners across Britain.
A team with widely varied experiences in the arts sector has been assembled
to manage an expanding number of national and international touring exhibitions,
including an annual open submission show, a quarterly magazine, a training
programme and an affiliated gallery opening in Autumn 2008. Matt Roberts Arts
works with early and mid- career artists to aid their personal development
plans and provide them with structured but informal eductional opportunities.
They include practical training in establishing a professional career, the
opportunity to gain an insight into arts management and access to overview
of artistic and curatorial opportunities across the UK.
