is a not-for-profit organisation founded in 2006 to create opportunities
for artists in new locations and contexts. Matt Roberts Arts offers support
to creative practitioners through regular lectures, workshops and national and touring exhibitions.
Matt Roberts Arts are working with John Jones to present a series of free professional development workshops designed to provide informed guidance and educate artists on key ways in which they can further their careers.
‘Artists Presentation and Networking Event’
Thursday 13th June, 18:15 to 20:30 - Free
Hornsey library, Haringey Park, London, N8 9JA
This free event invites practising artists working across diverse disciplines to present their work to a group of their peers for 5 minutes each, discussing ideas, intentions and processes. The presentations are followed by a chance to mingle, discuss potential collaborative projects and make exciting new creative contacts in the local area.
All work will be presented digitally and a projector will be provided. If you would like to present your work, or simply attend the event to observe, meet artists and find new inspiration, please email marketing@johnjones.co.uk.
